All payments made via the Class4kids booking system have a 5.5% transaction charge paid directly to Class4kids. All new members must pay using the Class4kids system to guarantee their place on a class.
Any situation where it is Lambeth Tigers FC decision to close we will provide a refund.(The fees for using Class4kids are non refundable).
Refunds will not be offered for child absence. We will also not be able to give a refund for forced closure due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be provided in the event of closure due to lockdown, pandemic closure, fire or flood. If a child shows symptoms then they will be sent home and all children in the bubble will have to self isolate for 2 weeks, but there will be no refunds for missed sessions.
Where we have been informed that a class is not available we will give a credit on the next set of classes for sessions missed.
Cancellation Policy: We must receive in writing via the clubs email a parents desire to cancel their subscription. This must be done 14 days prior to your next billing date. If done after you may still be billed and not refunded.
Please note that refunds will not be given for cancellations, where, we as a club, do not make the decision to cancel. If a facility closes due to virus, severe weather or an emergency, and we have no control over the decision, then, unfortunately, there will be no refunds or transfers. If we make the decision to cancel a session due to staffing etc then a refund would be given.
